The Signature Room Plan is a full-service virtual design experience, from floor plan to final shopping list. Built around who you are, how you live, and the home you were always meant to have.

How it works
Design Homework
You'll complete a questionnaire, take measurements and photos of your space, and walk me through what inspires you. This is how I get to know you before we ever touch a floor plan.
BEFORE WE BEGIN
Floor plan + mood board
We start with the bones, a custom floor plan for each room and a mood board that captures the look, feeling, and direction of your design.
PHASE 01
Design Concept
Your space comes to life. Each room gets a full design concept, colors, materials, furniture, and all the details that make it feel cohesive and considered.
PHASE 02
Final Presentation
You receive the complete package: final design boards, 3D renderings, a curated shopping list with everything you need, elevations, and a room-by-room implementation guide.
PHASE 03
Implementation support
One month of email support while you bring it all together, styling help, alternatives for out-of-stock items, and guidance as questions come up.
